Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET on a business day usually leave the same day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend, leave the next business day.
Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after the order ships. Delivery times can be longer during peak periods or for remote addresses.
Tracking
We email a tracking link when the label is created. If you have an account, you can also find it in your order confirmation.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If an address cannot be delivered, we will contact you before canceling the order.
Lost or delayed
If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, contact us with your order number. We will open a carrier claim or send a replacement.
