Returns

What we accept

• Unworn clothing with tags attached
• Shoes that have not been worn outdoors
• Items in the original packaging when possible

What we cannot take back

• Items washed, damaged, or missing tags
• Items returned after 30 days

How to return

Email hello@riseabove.com with your order number and the items you want to send back. We will reply with a prepaid label. Drop the package at any carrier location on the label.

Exchanges

For a different size, return the original item and place a new order. That is the fastest way to get the size you need. See the size guide before you reorder.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we refund the original payment method. Timing and exceptions are on the refunds page.
